AAR Tamil Nadu: Highest GST Rate Applicable for Mixed Supply of Services Billed At Single Price - (07 Jan 2020)

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR) Tamil Nadu has held that the mixed supply of services that are billed at a single price is liable for a highest GST rate of the services supplied at 18%.
