National Company Law Tribunal Orders Two Nicco Parks & Resorts Directors to Quit - (07 Jan 2020)

National Company Law Tribunal has passed an order asking the two directors of Nicco Parks & Resorts, Rajive Kaul and daughter Pallavi Priyadarshini, to vacate their positions in accordance with the order of Bankruptcy Court’s Kolkata bench.
