Supreme Court Advises Out-of-Court Settlement Between Tata and Wadia - (07 Jan 2020)

Supreme Court has asked industrialist Nusli Wadia to explore the possibility of reaching an out-of-court settlement of the defamation suit that he had filed against Ratan Tata, after Nusli Wadia’s counsel, C A Sundaram said that he would pursue a civil defamation suit for damages despite criminal defamation proceedings being quashed by the Bombay High Court.
