NCDRC : Developer Cannot Take Advantage of Death of Workers to Justify Delay in Construction - (06 Jan 2020)

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has said that a developer cannot cry force majeure to blame the delay in completion of housing project on deaths of workers at the construction site when the same has been caused due to lack of safety measures.
