Jammu and Kashmir High Court Quashes Detention Orders of Masarat Alam - (30 Dec 2015)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has quashed detention of Muslim League Chairman, Masarat Alam Bhat under Public Safety Act and directed the government to release him.
