Madras High Court: Registered Person Making Zero Rated Supply is Eligible to Claim IGST Refunds - (06 Jan 2020)

Madras High Court has held that a registered person making zero rated supply shall be eligible to claim Integrated Goods and Services Tax refunds, irrespective of the circular on clarifications on exports related refund issues (Circular No.37/2018-Customs, dated 09.10.2018).
