National Companies Law Tribunal has rejected the Sun Pharmaceutical Industries’ plan to demerge an overseas unit. The company’s plan to consolidate the holding structure for Sun Pharma’s overseas, direct or indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries has been put on hold.
