Karnataka High Court Upholds Acquittal of BBMP Officer - (28 Dec 2019)

CRIMINAL

Karnataka High Court has upheld the acquittal of a BBMP officer in a bribery case and said that when two Courts take opposite views based on the same set of facts the view that is favorable to the Accused has to be preferred.
