SEBI Levies Fine of Rs. 8 Lakh on ABG Shipyards’s Officials - (28 Dec 2019)

CAPITAL MARKET

Securities and Exchange Board of India has imposed a penalty of Rs. 8 Lakhs on three independent directors of ABG Shipyard for misleading the stakeholders by approving false and misstated financial statements. Further SEBI has fined Arun Pathak and Syed Abdi Rs. 3 lakhs each and Rs. 2 lakh on Dhananjay Datar.
