Supreme Court Approves Kerala’s Prohibition on Liquor Policy - (29 Dec 2015)

Supreme Court has approved Kerala's policy to go dry in 10 years. The government of Ommen Chandy introduced a policy last year to become alcohol-free within 10 years. Only 5-star hotels are to be granted bar licences.
