Karnataka HC: Bail Granted in One Case Cannot be Cancelled on Basis that Another FIR is Registered - (26 Dec 2019)

Karnataka High Court has ruled that registration of a first investigation report against a person cannot be a ground to cancel anticipatory bail already granted in another case where the trial is already ongoing.
