Delhi High Court Stays Order Against 16 Stores Selling Liquor - (26 Dec 2019)

COMMERCIAL

Delhi High Court has granted relief to 16 departmental store owners who challenged Delhi Government’s decision to stop sale of wine and beer at such stores. The Court stayed the orders issued against the owners while taking note of their argument questioning why the permissions had been withdrawn suddenly.
