Supreme Court: Routine Explanation not Sufficient for Condonation of Delay - (24 Dec 2019)

LIMITATION

Supreme Court has noted that in condonation of delay, routine explanation is not sufficient, but a reasonable and acceptable explanation is very much necessary.
