Karnataka High Court to AG: Ask Govt Why Students were Taken to Police Stations - (20 Dec 2019)

Karnataka High Court has said it will check the legality of the prohibitory orders implemented from December 19 to 21 while it rapped the State Government for imposing Section 144 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in Bengaluru and other parts of the State.
