Delhi High Court Directs AAP Govt to Consider OP Chautala's Release Plea in Teachers Hiring Scam - (19 Dec 2019)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has directed the AAP Government to consider former Haryana Chief Minister OP Chautala's plea for early release from jail in the JBT teachers' scam case. The Court set aside the Government's earlier order by which Mr Chautala's plea for early release was rejected.
