Delhi High Court Grants More Time to CBI to Complete Investigation Against Rakesh Asthana - (18 Dec 2019)

Delhi High Court has granted more time to the Central Bureau of Investigation against the agency’s former Director Rakesh Asthana. The CBI had sought adjournment as the lawyer designated to argue for the agency was busy in the Apex Court.
