Karnataka HC: DV Act not Valid if Family Member Leave Shared Household to Establish Own Household - (17 Dec 2019)

Karnataka High Court has ruled that where a family member leaves the shared household to establish her own household she cannot claim to have a right to move an application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
