Delhi High Court Declines PIL for Restoring Earlier Status of Dilli Haat - (06 Dec 2019)

Delhi High Court has observed that change is inevitable while dismissing a Public Interest Litigation which sought that stalls at Dilli Haat to be allotted only for sale of handicrafts and handloom products and not for selling varieties of products and food, including Chinese.
