Delhi High Court: Special Courts Cannot Direct CBI to Probe a Case - (28 Dec 2015)

Delhi High Court has ruled that the special courts constituted under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, cannot direct the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to probe a case.
