Allahabad High Court: Cogent Evidence Required to Summon Any Person under Section 319 CrPC - (28 Nov 2019)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has ruled that cogent evidence was required to summon a person under Section 319 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and that the same was a subject matter of scrutiny of trial court which were to decide the application.
