Madras HC Asks Bar Council to Examine Advocate’s Conduct - (24 Dec 2015)

Madras High Court while taking a serious view of a lawyer accusing the judiciary of conducting a Katta Panchayat (kangaroo court) when his petition was dismissed, has directed Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry to examine advocate’s conduct and decide if he should still continue as a member.
