Punjab and Haryana HC: Pre-Deposit Under VAT Not Mandatory in Punjab - (24 Dec 2015)

Punjab and Haryana HC has ruled that condition of 25% pre-deposit before filing of appeal under the Punjab VAT Act would not be mandatory.
