Karnataka High Court: No TDS on Agreement for Bulk Sale of Advertisement Space - (18 Nov 2019)

Karnataka High Court has held that an agreement for bulk sale of advertisement space does not amount to contract for work as applicable under Section 194 C of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
