Supreme Court: Singh Brothers, Ex-Ranbaxy Promoters, Guilty of Contempt - (15 Nov 2019)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Supreme Court has held guilty Ex-Ranbaxy promoters Malvinder Singh and his brother Shivinder of contempt of court in a case filed by Japanese firm Daiichi Sankyo. Further the Court has also held Fortis Healthcare guilty of contempt.
