Allahabad High Court: No Need to Seek Sanction for Prosecution for Retired Public Servant - (15 Nov 2019)

Allahabad High Court has ruled that no sanction for prosecution under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 is necessary after the retirement of the Public Servant.
