Delhi HC Directs GST Dept to Open Online Portal to File Form TRAN-1 or to Accept Manually - (13 Nov 2019)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Delhi High Court has directed Goods and Services Tax Department to either open the online portal so as to enable the Petitioner to file the Form TRAN-1 electronically or to accept the same manually on or before 20.11.2019.
