Elgaar Parishad Case: Pune Court Dismisses Gautam Navlakha’s Anticipatory Bail Plea - (13 Nov 2019)

CRIMINAL

Sessions Court, Pune has dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of activist Gautam Navlakha in the Elgar Parishad-Maoist links case. The Court also declined to extend the protection from arrest given to him by the Supreme Court.
