Bombay High Court Rejects Plea Seeking FIR Against Kumar Mangalam Birla - (12 Nov 2019)

Bombay High Court has rejected a criminal application filed by one Pratap Teli seeking registration of First Information Report against Kumar Mangalam Birla and others for allegedly violating the Environmental Protection Act, 1986 by starting construction of a building in Worli without obtaining environmental clearance.
