Supreme Court Permits Action Against 3 Bihar Judges for their 2013 Nepal ‘Sexcapades’ - (11 Nov 2019)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has permitted the Bihar Government to take decision on dismissal of three lower court judges who were allegedly caught in compromising position with women in a guest house in Nepal in 2013 and vacated its stay on proceedings against them.
