SAT Quashes SEBI's Order Banning Tree House Education, Accessories and Officials - (08 Nov 2019)

Securities Appellate Tribunal has set aside Securities and Exchange Board of India order banning Tree House Education and Accessories and its officials from securities market in a matter related to alleged misstatement of financials of the firm.
