Bombay HC Says Inadequate Punishment for Rapist Shakes Society's Conscience - (23 Dec 2015)

Bombay HC while enhancing sentence given to a convict by a lower court in a rape case, has said rape violates the fundamental right to life of a woman, and inadequate punishment shakes the society's conscience.
