Delhi HC:Seeking Permission to Travel to One Country & Going to Other Countries Instead is Misconduct - (07 Nov 2019)

Delhi High Court has ruled that seeking permission from employer to travel to one country due to medical exigencies but going to different countries instead amounts to misconduct and disciplinary action may be initiated against such person.
