Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Decrease in Qualifying Candidates to 6% in NET by UGC - (07 Nov 2019)

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a plea challenging the University Grants Commission policy of declaring only 6 percent of those candidates National Eligibility Test qualified who appear in both the papers and obtain minimum qualifying marks in aggregate of both the papers.
