Bombay HC Permits Maharashtra Schools to Hike Fees by 15% for 2016-17 - (23 Dec 2015)

Bombay HC has passed an interim order allowing schools to hike fee without seeking approval from executive committees of the Parent-Teachers’ Associations (PTAs).
