Delhi High Court: Maximum Autonomy Should be Given to Private Unaided Schools - (06 Nov 2019)

Delhi High Court has reiterated the position of law that maximum autonomy should be given in the administration of private unaided institutions as presence of the Government interference in the administration of such Institutions will undermine their independence.
