Delhi HC: Possession of Single Cartridge without a Firearm Would Not Attract Liability under Arms Act - (04 Nov 2019)

Delhi HC has observed that recovery of single cartridge from a person, without the recovery of firearm along with it, would not attract liability under the Arms Act.
