Karnataka HC Put Stay on Admission to KG Classes Under RTE Act - (23 Dec 2015)

Karnataka HC has restrained State from sending children to pre-school sections such as lower and upper kindergarten for admission under Right to Education (RTE) Act for the academic year 2016-17.
