Delhi High Court Raps Centre for Inefficient Functioning of IPAB - (24 Oct 2019)

Delhi High Court has issued notice to the ASG Maninder Acharya to take instructions from the Central Government in order to furnish information about the functioning and other important issues pertaining to the Intellectual Property Appellate Board.
