Madhya Pradesh HC Issues Notice to State Govt Over Plea Against Exemption of Women from Helmet - (24 Oct 2019)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a notice to the State Government on Wednesday on a Public Interest Litigation filed by a law university student, challenging a rule that exempts women from wearing a helmet. The Petitioner who was appearing in person states in his petition that the exemption exposes women to danger.
