Bombay HC Orders BMC to Pay Rajawadi Hospital Patient Rs20 Lakh Compensation - (23 Dec 2015)

Bombay High Court has directed Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to pay compensation of Rs.20 lakh to a Ghatkopar resident, who lost his right hand fingers because of medical negligence by doctors of Rajawadi Hospital.
