Telangana High Court Declines to Put Stay on Tender to Hire Buses - (23 Oct 2019)

Telangana High Court has refused to stay the implementation of a tender notification issued by Telangana State Road Transport Corporation to hire 1,035 more private buses for the corporation. The Court was dealing with the petition filed by TSRTC challenging the said tender.
