Bombay HC Asks State : What Will You do against Maharashtra Police in Failed Cases? - (22 Dec 2015)

Bombay HC has asked State Government what action it proposes to take against persons whose dereliction of duty forces cases of drunk driving to fall through. The court referred to a single judge bench's verdict, acquitting actor Salman Khan in a 2002 fatal road accident case.
