Supreme Court: Child has Right to Affection of Both Parents - (09 Oct 2019)

Supreme Court has observed while considering a special leave petition filed by a father that a child has a right to the affection of both his parents. The Court further observed that visitation rights should be fixed in such a manner that the child gets to know and love his father.
