Aarey Forest: Bombay High Court Refuses Stay on Felling of Trees - (07 Oct 2019)

Bombay High Court has dismissed the application moved by environmental activists seeking a stay on the felling of trees at Aarey Colony. The State Government is looking to construct a shed at the site for its ongoing metro project.
