Kerala High Court : Mineral Water Unit Permissible in ESAs - (21 Dec 2015)

Kerala HC has held that mineral water manufacturing units can be allowed in the Ecologically Sensitive Areas (ESAs) in State as ESA demarcation notification did not prohibit the same.
