AHC:Employees Compensation Act is Social Security Statute Providing Speedy Payment of Compensation - (01 Oct 2019)

Allahabad High Court (AHC) has explained that Employees Compensation Act, 1923 is a social security legislation providing speedy and efficient machinery for determination and payment of compensation to the employees.
