Bombay High Court: End Gambling Menace by Enlightening Members of Society - (01 Oct 2019)

Bombay High Court while disposing off a Public Interest Litigation against gambling and police inaction in registering First Information Report’s has invoked the biblical concept of fight between man’s conscience and the devil to show that gambling was a social problem whose solution was in enlightening the conscience of the society.
