IFIN Case: Supreme Court Declines to Overturn High Court Relief to KPMG Firm - (30 Sep 2019)

Supreme Court has declined to intervene in the order passed by the Bombay High Court that gave relief to BSR & Associates LLP, a KPMG network firm, in the IL&FS Financial Services (IFIN) case.
