SC Declines Urgent Hearing to Stop Juvenile Convict’s Release in Dec 16 Gangrape Case - (21 Dec 2015)

Supreme Court has rejected midnight move of Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) to stay release of juvenile offender December 16 Gangrape case by giving an urgent hearing.
