Madras High Court Rejects Plea Seeking Quashing of MBBS Rank List - (25 Sep 2019)

Madras High Court has rejected a plea seeking quashing of the rank list for admission to MBBS/BDS 2019-20 courses for Government and management quota and conduct fresh counselling. The Court dismissed the Petitioners’ arguments that seats had not been allocated based on “nativity” certificate.
